Day 2 in NYC started very early with a lovely lady from Priv coming to my hotel to get me looking glam for the wedding. Priv is such a good app, and perfect for those like me that don't know many places in NYC to have your hair done. Whilst she got to work on my hair, I hoovered up some of the hotels homemade granola and got to work on the flowers.
Then, it was off to Soho House in the Meatpacking District for the wedding! I'll be posting separately about the actual day next week as it's too beautiful not to have it's own post. Here's a couple of sneak peeks for the time being:
Dress: Topshop (sold out but I am selling this one - holla if you're interested!)
We had a few hours in the afternoon to have a disco nap before the evening fun started. I had other ideas, and decided to take myself for a long walk. I may have googled where the nearest Sephora was to me before leaving the hotel, and made sure it was on my route.
FYI - 'the haul' will be up very soon, so keep your eyes peeled!
Keyring: Sophie Hulme
Making friends with the hairy locals, I grabbed a drink and sat watching the world go by in the Flatiron district. NYC may be tall and noisy but it's also seems quite calm at times, and so pretty in the Spring light.
New York at night is just as gorgeous as during the day. I'd only been in the city for 48 hours, but it had already stole my heart.
