Hello! It’s been a little whilst since my last blog post - nearly 2 months. But, in all honestly I’ve not really been feeling myself, and with work being very busy as well I’ve been trying to take some time offline to just relax. My blog is a hobby, which means I enjoy doing it but now and then I need to take a break from it as it can get slightly overwhelming. I spend a lot of time in front of a computer at work, and with creating content for the blog, it can sometimes mean I spend more time online than off.
If you’re a regular reader, and/or follow me on my social media channels, you’ll know I suffer from anxiety and depression. The last few months have been tricky as I’ve been struggling with various things which I won’t go into detail on here about but, I’ve realised taking time off from online life in the evenings and weekends has helped a little.
The internet can be a funny old place sometimes, and whilst I can find it an escape from things that are getting me down, or making me feel calmer about stuff, it can also seriously stress me out. After a few weeks away from the blog, I am feeling better, but I’m also trying to chill out a bit which means posts on here may not be as frequent as they have been this year.
So, please bear with, and if I disappear every now and then, know I’ll always be back.
